Here’s a family favorite easy and quick pasta casserole recipe for a weeknight using ham steak, canned stewed tomatoes and spaghetti. As the Christmas season approaches, it’s traditional to make Polish Pierogi for Christmas Eve. This year may be an exception for us, as I’m having a difficult time finding our favorite Farmer’s Cheese. Some folks make their pierogi out of cottage cheese, but in our family, it has to be the hard Andrulis farmer’s cheese!
