Guilt-Free Indulgence

Yogurt is right up there on my list of very favorite foods.  I’m always eager to try out the latest brand, flavor and consistency.  My niece is planning a summer wedding in Boston in July, and I’m determined that I’m going to look fab-u-lous in that Red-Carpet copy dress I just bought!  It’s a orange-reddish color, perfect for a summer night!

I recently had the opportunity  to try the new Yoplait Greek Yogurt.  I just did a post on how my husband and I discovered a new Greek restaurant, and I also had the opportunity to do a book review on a recently published Greek Cookbook by Michael Psilakis.

I hadn’t heard of Greek yogurt before, and was quite surprised at how decadent it tastes.  I tried the Strawberry and Blueberry flavors for breakfast, and added some Kashi into it to give it some crunch  It has a slightly thicker, creamier consistency than other yogurts I’ve tried.  Of course, if you’ve ever seen the movie My Big Fat Greek Wedding, we all know that the Greeks are known for their cooking talents!
